Highfield Residents Association (HRA) was established in 1973 and continues to look after the interests of local residents in the Highfield area of Headington and represent your interests and campaigns on local issues. It keeps an eye on local planning applications, traffic and transport and other aspects that impact the lives of our residents as well as supporting those that add value to the local community.

Our Committee, representing many aspects of life in Highfield, meets four times a year to receive reports from the different working groups and plan for the future. Visit the HRA Contacts page to see who the members are. We would be glad to hear from you if you were interested in serving on the Committee or on one of the working groups.

Our Membership: We would love you to become part of this active community association that wishes to enhance, protect and preserve its local environment for the good of all. See Get Involved for more information

What We Do: We hold community events throughout the year including street parties, film nights, music events, quiz nights, film nights, annual carols on the street and much more – visit Upcoming Events to see what’s happening as well as Previous Events that have been held over the last year. See What We Do for more information.

Our Constitution: The HRA works under a Constitution which specifies our aims and objectives and rules on how the association is run. It is currently being revised and will be submitted for approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
